||My name is Li and I’m a co-owner of Guan Fu Sichuan, a Chinese restaurant serving Sichuan Cuisine. Guan Fu Sichuan means Sichuan White House in Chinese. This is appropriate considering our exceptional food that used to be available only to the upper echelon in China. Our restaurant’s design is also exquisite with private rooms behind sliding doors that contain chairs similar to small thrones.
Our kitchen is headed by Chief Chef Yang, who is also my uncle. His experience includes 25 years as a chef in China, including many famous restaurants in the region.
