|| The urban legend of North Philadelphia rock singer/songwriter /guitarist GhettoSongBird "Enchanting Rock Goddess" Tour will be Landing at legendary NYC music venue The Bitter End July 22nd for the long running Singer Songwriter Sessions along-side some of New York's finest performers. In 2004 The Bitter End was one of the 1st major gigs she experienced in her earlier years, as she continues to return. GhettoSongBird emerged in 2001 at venues including CBGB'S (NYC), The Bitter End (NYC), The Whisky A Go-Go (L.A.) leading to the Troubadour (London), to name a handful. In her hometown Philadelphia she played hot spots such as The Trocadero, The Tin Angel, World Cafe Live, Milkboy and hundreds of live music venues, cafes, night clubs, private events, festivals, colleges, etc. over the years. She was the 1st rock artist to perform on B.E.T's 106 & Park and had the opportunity to perform on numerous t.v. and radio shows. GhettoSongBird recorded her 1st EP "Alley Of The Earth" with the help of her mentor Rosa Lee Brooks (who wrote and recorded with Jimi Hendrix) in L.A., supporting act for HR (Bad Brains), Vernon Reid (Living Colour) improv band (Free Form Funky Freqs) with world renowned bassist Jamaaladeen Tacuma (who she will be performing alongside in his band) & legendary drummer G. Calvin Weston, Angelo (Fishbone) & RES. Her music has been playing all over the USA, in Australia, The UK and Africa. Her wings of support is soaring global.
