Born about 55 years ago Frankie Paris' got the music bag in early age. He start singing at the age of seven in the streets of Boston. By the age of 14 he started his own band singing blues, soul and gospel. He was a regular at the Sunday services at the Baptist church, singing with the choir gospel, which is his favorite music. Frankie grew up listening to Sam Cook, Jackie Wilson, the early B.B. King and Albert King, their music influenced him and helped him create his own style.

At the age of 20 Frankie moved to New York where he started a new band, and started singing in all the famous clubs in the city during the sixties, including Wagon Wheel, Peppermint lounch and the famous Trude Heller, which was the Mecca of the blues during the sixties.

During his career Frankie opened for some of the greatest blues of our time including Kenny Neal, Lonny Brooks and his idol B.B. King. Some of his original tunes became popular like " Gonna Scratch your name off the Mailbox." Frankies band was the house band of Dana Carvey Show at ABC.
